Attachment-Informed Counselling and Coaching for Singles, Individuals in Relationships, and Parents

Attachment-informed therapy is based on the idea that the way we connect in adult relationships is shaped by our earliest bonds, especially with parents or caregivers. If those early relationships felt unsafe, inconsistent, or emotionally unavailable, we may carry those wounds into adulthood without realising it.

You might :

  • Overthink every message or silence
  • Struggle to trust others or yourself
  • Feel too intense, too sensitive, or “too much” in love
  • Long for closeness, but lose yourself in relationships
  • Keep repeating painful patterns, even when you want something different

Attachment-informed therapy helps you explore the why beneath these patterns. It gives you a safe space to gently unpack the past, understand your emotional responses, and build new ways of relating with others, and with yourself.

Hello I'm Colette

.

Are you single, in a relationship, or parenting, and feel like you're treading water, struggling to stay afloat emotionally?

"You may be doing your best to keep everything together on the surface, but underneath, you feel disconnected, unseen, or unsure where to turn. Whether you're navigating break-ups, relationship patterns, or have stepped away from love entirely, therapy offers a space to come up for air—and begin to understand what's really going on beneath the surface"

In my experience, many people find it difficult to build, maintain, or create meaningful relationships. These challenges often include,

difficulty forming and sustaining connections, struggling with managing conflicts, or giving up on dating or developing close relationships

I understand how isolating this can feel. I offer a safe, supportive space to help you explore your emotional world, gain clarity, and build deeper, healthier connections with yourself and others.

💔 Going Through a Break-Up

Whether it’s a recent break-up, the end of a long-term relationship, or lingering pain from a past one, this space is for you.

You may be feeling heartbroken, anxious, or unsure who you are without the relationship.

🔁 Struggling in Relationships

If you find yourself:

  • Repeating the same patterns
  • People-pleasing or over-giving
  • Struggling with boundaries
  • Feeling disconnected, even when you're with someone
  • You might be a parent and struggling to support them as you go through a crises in your relationship.

We can work together to explore where these patterns come from, often rooted in early life experiences, and begin to reshape how you relate to yourself and others

🧡 Single and Feeling Stuck

Maybe you’ve stopped dating.
Maybe you feel like
“it never works out.”
Or perhaps you wonder if healthy love is even possible for you.

You might tell yourself you’re fine being alone—but deep down, you long for connection. Therapy can help you explore where the shut-down began, reconnect with hope, and open up to love without losing yourself.
