I support clients with understanding relationship patterns,

 emotional intimacy, and sexual wellbeing (psychosexual-informed)


I’m an integrative therapist supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful relationship patterns, emotional disconnection, or difficulties with intimacy.  Together, we gently explore what sits beneath these patterns — helping you make sense of your emotional world, understand your relationships more deeply, and build greater safety and connection with yourself and others.

  • The deeper attachment experiences that may be shaping your current relationships
  • How intimacy — emotional and physical — feels for you

Over time, this helps you begin to relate to yourself and others in a calmer, more secure, and more connected way.


My approach

My approach is gentle, relational, and grounded in attachment theory, which focuses on how early relationships shape our adult connections.

I work integratively, drawing from different therapeutic approaches to support emotional understanding, regulation, and change at a pace that feels safe.

I am also psychosexually informed, which means I can support conversations around intimacy, sexual wellbeing, and emotional closeness in a respectful and supportive way.

Individuals
For those experiencing relationship anxiety, repeated patterns in relationships, emotional overwhelm or shutdown, or difficulties with intimacy and trust.

Couples
For couples experiencing communication difficulties, conflict cycles, emotional distance, intimacy challenges, or relationship strain.

We take things at your pace and focus on gently understanding what is happening for you emotionally and relationally.

My work focuses on relationship patterns, attachment dynamics, and emotional intimacy.


I am psychosexually informed and support both individuals and couples with emotional and relational difficulties, including intimacy and sexual wellbeing concerns.
